State of the Union -- Education Section
Tax credits for business innovation, more funding for math & science...Trumpeting No Child Left Behind... getting math & science professionals to teach is a great idea in theory, but how are you going to pull it off if you're not willing to pay for it?
"American Competitiveness Initiative" -- sounds nice, but he doesn't describe it at all.
